Access Jyoseikan is located in the castle town of Kochi Castle, the birthplace of Ryoma, and in Kamimachi, Kochi City. Customers by plane: Kochi Ryoma Airport > There is a connecting bus (Kochi Ekimae Kanko or Tosaden Kotsu) to Kochi Station. Get off at Harimaya Bridge > You can take a tram to Uemachi 1-chome (in front of Jyoseikan). If you are transferring to a tram, get off at the shuttle bus "Harimayabashi", change to the tram, and get off at Kamimachi 1-chome.
